
For Web2.0 Expo SF 2010, Jamie examined how User Generated Data will drive the next phase of Web2.0. He reviewed how the “Stone Soup of Data” is driven by Cumulative Advantage, an Architecture for Participation and a Community that can operate at all scales. The talk also touched on how percolation theory can be used to model messages through a social network and why the semantics of Twitter follow Reed’s Law (2^N).
